          <h1>Cooperation obligation requires corporate debtor personnel to assist interim resolution professional; adjudicating authority can order compliance.</h1> Section 19 mandates that personnel of the corporate debtor, its promoters or other persons associated with management must extend all assistance and cooperation to the interim resolution professional in managing the corporate debtor. If they do not assist or cooperate, the interim resolution professional may apply to the Adjudicating Authority, which shall order such persons to comply with the resolution professional's instructions and to cooperate in collecting information and managing the corporate debtor.
