of <h1>Corporate debtor's personnel must assist interim resolution professional under Section 19 of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.</h1> Personnel associated with a corporate debtor, including its promoters and management, must provide necessary assistance and cooperation to the interim resolution professional during the corporate insolvency resolution process as per Section 19 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. If any personnel or associated individuals fail to cooperate, the interim resolution professional can seek directions from the Adjudicating Authority. Upon application, the Authority is empowered to issue orders mandating compliance and cooperation in managing the affairs and gathering information of the corporate debtor.
