It must also detail the proposed resolutions and their outcomes, list the creditors present or represented, and provide voting records for all creditor meetings. Additionally, the report may include any other relevant information deemed necessary by the resolution professional for the Adjudicating Authority. This provision became effective on December 1, 2019.
