Repayment plan reporting: resolution professional must file a detailed creditors' meeting report outlining approval, votes, and modifications. The resolution professional must prepare a report of the creditors' meeting on a repayment plan stating whether the plan was approved or rejected and listing any modifications; recording resolutions proposed and decisions on them; providing a list of creditors present or represented and the voting record of each creditor for all meetings; and including any other information the resolution professional considers appropriate for the Adjudicating Authority.
