of <h1>Liquidator Must Communicate Claim Decisions Within 7 Days; Written Reasons Required for Rejection Under Section 39</h1> The liquidator, after verifying claims under section 39 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, may admit or reject claims in whole or in part. If a claim is rejected, the liquidator must provide written reasons for the rejection. The liquidator is required to communicate the decision regarding the admission or rejection of claims to both the creditor and the corporate debtor within seven days of making the decision.
