of <h1>Liquidator Reviews Claims Under Section 39: Creditors Can Appeal Rejection Decisions Within 14 Days</h1> The liquidator, after verifying claims under section 39, may admit or reject them wholly or partially, providing written reasons for any rejection. The decision must be communicated to the creditor and corporate debtor within seven days. The liquidator is responsible for determining the value of admitted claims as specified by the Board. Creditors have the right to appeal the liquidator's decision regarding claim acceptance or rejection to the Adjudicating Authority within 14 days of receiving the decision.
