            <h1>Moratorium and public announcement require appointment of interim resolution professional and short claims period under insolvency procedures.</h1> A moratorium is declared on admission and an interim resolution professional is appointed. The IRP must make a public announcement immediately (within three days) in Form A, publish it in one English and one regional newspaper at relevant locations and on designated websites, state where claim forms are available, offer three proposed authorised representatives for creditor classes, and specify a short claims submission period from the IRP's appointment. The applicant bears announcement costs subject to ratification and reimbursement by the committee of creditors.
