Discharge order frees bankrupt from bankruptcy debts under insolvency law, subject to trustee functions and listed exceptions. A discharge order under the Code releases the bankrupt from all bankruptcy debt but does not affect the bankruptcy trustee's functions or the ongoing operation of Part III procedural provisions; it likewise does not release debts incurred by fraud or breach of trust, nor any excluded debts.
