Repayment plan under insolvency law enables restructuring proposals and empowers the resolution professional to manage or realise assets. Section 105 requires a debtor, with the resolution professional, to prepare a repayment plan proposing debt restructuring to creditors, including justification to obtain creditor assent and provision for payment of the resolution professional's fee. The plan may empower the resolution professional to carry on the debtor's business, realise assets, or administer and dispose of funds to implement the restructuring.
