of <h1>Creditors' Meeting Under Section 108: Approve, Modify, or Reject Repayment Plan, Adhere to Provisions, Limited Adjournment Time.</h1> The meeting of creditors under Section 108 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, must adhere to the specified provisions. Creditors can approve, modify, or reject the repayment plan during the meeting. If modifications are suggested, the resolution professional must obtain the debtor's consent for each change. The resolution professional can adjourn the meeting for a valid reason, but not for more than seven days at a time. This section came into force on December 1, 2019.
