<h1>Resolution professional must notify creditors 14 days before meeting per Section 104; includes repayment plan and proxy voting details.</h1> The resolution professional must issue a notice to summon a meeting of creditors at least fourteen days before the scheduled date. This notice is sent to the creditors listed under section 104 and must include the address of the Adjudicating Authority where the repayment plan and the resolution professional's report have been submitted. The notice should also include a copy of the repayment plan, the debtor's statement of affairs, the resolution professional's report, and forms for proxy voting. Proxy voting, including electronic voting, must follow specified procedures. These provisions became effective on December 1, 2019.
