Statement of affairs requires resolution professional to compile guarantor assets, liabilities and creditor and income details under insolvency regulations. The resolution professional must prepare a statement of affairs for a personal guarantor setting out, for the preceding three financial years and the current year where applicable: assets and liabilities; excluded assets and debts; income statements; income tax returns filed; creditor wise amounts due (secured and unsecured); debts to associates; guarantees given and associate status of guaranteed creditors; and financial statements of any business or firm in which the guarantor is interested.
