Regulation 23: strict timelines, late fees and regulatory risks for resolution professionals filing Forms on the Board's portal
Regulation 23 mandates that the resolution professional must file prescribed Forms, with all required enclosures, on the electronic platform of the Board within specified timelines. The Board will notify and may modify these Forms via circulars. The resolution professional is responsible for ensuring all filings are accurate and complete. Any Form filed after the due date, whether for correction, updation, or otherwise, attracts a fee of five hundred rupees per Form for each calendar month of delay from the date notified. Non-filing, inaccurate or incomplete filing, or delayed filing may invite regulatory action by the Board, including refusal to issue or renew Authorisation for Assignment.
