Facilitation of transfer of assets in the insolvency resolution process of a personal guarantor requires coordination between the resolution professional of the personal guarantor and the resolution professional of the corporate debtor for the purposes of section 28A. The resolution professional must obtain approval from the meeting of creditors before transfer, and any approved transfer must be appropriately disclosed in the report under sections 106 and 112.
