of <h1>Resolution Professional Must Present Repayment Plan at Creditors' Meeting Under Regulation 17A, Insolvency Regulations 2019</h1> Regulation 17A of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Personal Guarantors to Corporate Debtors) Regulations, 2019 mandates that the resolution professional must present the repayment plan, as specified under section 105, during a creditors' meeting for their consideration. If no repayment plan is submitted within the timeframe outlined in section 106, the resolution professional is required to inform the creditors of this in their meeting. This provision was inserted by a notification dated January 31, 2024.
