          <h1>Insolvency and Bankruptcy Fund created to finance resolution and liquidation; contributors may withdraw contributions for specified protections and costs.</h1> Section 224 creates the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Fund, funded by government grants, contributor deposits, other receipts and investment income; contributors may apply to the Adjudicating Authority to withdraw amounts up to their contribution for workmen's payments, asset protection, incidental costs or other prescribed purposes, and the Central Government shall appoint an administrator to manage the Fund as prescribed.
