Electronic portal for insolvency and bankruptcy procedures enables notified portal-based administration under the Code. The Central Government may, by notification, provide an electronic portal for insolvency and bankruptcy procedures under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The procedures related to insolvency and bankruptcy processes under the Code shall be carried out on such electronic portal. The provision operates notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Code and enables the Government to specify the portal-based procedure.
