of <h1>Adjudicating Authority to Issue Public Notice Within 7 Days Under Section 100 of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016</h1> The Adjudicating Authority must issue a public notice within seven days of an order under Section 100 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, inviting creditors to submit claims within twenty-one days. The notice must include details of the order, information about the resolution professional for claim registration, and the claim submission deadline. It must be published in at least one English and one vernacular newspaper in the debtor's state, displayed at the Adjudicating Authority's premises, and posted on its website. This provision became effective on December 1, 2019.
