        Court annexed mediation rules remain in force pending new regulations, and apply to mediations already underway. The rules in force governing the conduct of court annexed mediation shall continue to apply until regulations are made under subsection (1) of section 15, and those rules shall continue to apply in all court annexed mediation pending as on the date of coming into force of the regulations.
