Mediation timeframe suspended: limitation period excludes duration from mediation start until report submission or termination. For proceedings relating to disputes mediated under the Act, the period from the commencement of mediation under section 14 until either submission of the report under section 21 or termination under section 24 is excluded from computation of the limitation period, notwithstanding the Limitation Act, 1963 or any other law.
