Mediation Act allows orders to remove implementation difficulties within five years, subject to procedural laying requirements. The Act empowers the Central Government to make orders, published in the Official Gazette, to remove difficulties in giving effect to the Act so long as such orders are not inconsistent with the Act; this power expires five years after commencement and every order must be laid, as soon as may be, before each House of Parliament.
