Mediation time-limits: must finish in 120 days, extension by agreement of the parties up to 60 days. Mediation under the Act must be completed within one hundred and twenty days from the date fixed for the first appearance before the mediator, and the period may be extended by agreement of the parties for a further period not exceeding sixty days.
