Setting up Mediation Council offices: CEO and Secretariat staffing rules, with interim Central Government support until regulations issued.
Establishes the offices supporting the Mediation Council of India by requiring a Chief Executive Officer responsible for day-to-day administration and for implementing the Council's decisions, with qualifications, appointment, and service conditions to be as specified. It also mandates a Secretariat comprising such officers and employees as may be specified, with their qualifications, appointment, and service conditions likewise to be specified.
