of <h1>Central government rulemaking under Mediation Act: member pay and allowances, accounts reporting format u/ss 32 and 46</h1> Empowers the Central Government to make rules by notification to carry out the provisions of the Mediation Act, 2023, thereby authorising delegated legislation to operationalise and implement the Act. Specifies that rules may prescribe the salaries, allowances, and other terms and conditions of Members under section 32(3), and the travelling and other allowances payable to a Part-Time Member under section 32(4), thereby enabling determination and regulation of remuneration and service-related entitlements. Rules may also prescribe the form and manner of the annual statement of accounts, including the balance sheet, under section 46(1), thereby standardising financial reporting requirements. It further permits rules on any other matter required or permitted to be prescribed, thereby filling procedural and administrative details necessary for effective execution of the Act.
