Mediation reporting: Council must annually report implementation to Central Government; government may take additional measures to supplement functioning. The Council must, as soon as practicable after each year or at intervals directed by the Central Government, prepare and forward a report on implementation of the Act; the Central Government may take additional measures to supplement the Council's functioning and ensure effective implementation.
