Mediation Fund created to collect government funds, fees, donations and investment income for Council operations and staff pay. Establishes a Mediation Fund administered by the Council to receive government appropriations, fees and charges from mediation providers, donations, grants, contributions, deposits, other receipts and investment income, and to be applied to salaries and allowances of Members, the Chief Executive Officer, officers and employees and the Council's expenses in exercising its powers and discharging duties under the Act.
