Passenger manifest and passenger name record obligations expanded to specify form, timing and penalties for delayed submission. The amendment adds a clause to section 157(2) authorising specification of the form, particulars, manner and time for delivering passenger and crew manifests and passenger name record information for arrival and departure, and provides for the penalty for delay in delivering such information under sections 30A and 41A.
