From the appointed day, section 184's provisions apply to these positions as listed in the Eighth Schedule, overriding any contrary provisions in the specified Acts. However, these provisions do not apply to individuals holding these positions immediately before the appointed day. This amendment facilitates the merger of tribunals and authorities and standardizes service conditions.
