Application of statutory provision applies to tribunal and appellate members from the appointed day, with incumbents exempt. From the appointed day, the designated statutory provision applies to senior office holders (Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Chairman, Vice Chairman, President, Vice President, Presiding Officer or Member) of tribunals, appellate tribunals and specified authorities listed in the schedule, notwithstanding contrary provisions in those Acts, except that persons holding those offices immediately before the appointed day are excluded from its application.
