It includes the Industrial Tribunal under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, the Income-Tax Appellate Tribunal under the Income-Tax Act, 1961, and the Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal under the Customs Act, 1962. Other listed bodies include the Central Administrative Tribunal, Railway Claims Tribunal, Securities Appellate Tribunal, Debts Recovery Tribunal and Appellate Tribunal, Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Appellate Tribunal for Electricity, Armed Forces Tribunal, and National Green Tribunal. Some entries were omitted or substituted by the Tribunals Reforms Ordinance, 2021.
