The Customs Act is amended by inserting clauses designating specified post offices as the sole foreign post offices authorised to clear imported or exported goods or classes of such goods, and by designating specified places as the sole international courier terminals authorised to clear imported or exported goods or classes of such goods, thereby limiting customs clearance for postal and courier consignments to those designated venues.
