Confidentiality of informant identity: identity, information and reward remain secret except when law expressly requires disclosure. The informant's identity, information provided (including related documents/annexures), and any reward shall not be disclosed except when expressly required by law or by court order; such documents must remain confidential, and after allotment the person shall be identified only by Informant Code.
