Eligibility to file Form 34BC: assessee meeting prescribed conditions may apply to the Dispute Resolution Committee for specified orders. Any assessee who satisfies the prescribed eligibility criteria may file an application under Form 34BC to the Dispute Resolution Committee in respect of any specified order; the filing is available only where the assessee fulfils the conditions applicable to that order.
