Interim reward under benami informant scheme: capped percentage of property value for provisionally attached property, subject to eligibility. The interim reward under the Benami Transactions Informants Reward Scheme may be provisionally granted by the competent authority for property attached under section 24(4). It is up to 1% of fair market value for movable property and up to 1% of circle rate for immovable property, subject to the scheme's eligibility conditions and a maximum ceiling of Rs. 10 lakhs for a single benami property.
