For offline applications, individuals must submit Form 49B in duplicate to any TIN Facilitation Centre (TIN-FC), with addresses available on the NSDL-TIN website. Companies not registered under the Companies Act, 2013, can apply using Form No. SPICe (INC-32). For online applications, individuals can apply through the NSDL-TIN website.
