Benami informant reward eligibility requires specific disclosure, cooperation with investigators, confiscation and finality of confiscation. Eligibility for a final reward requires that the informant submitted specific information in Annexure A and obtained an informant code, provided assistance to investigating officers as required, the property was confiscated under the Act, and such confiscation has become final in judicial proceedings or is deemed final after two years with no pending litigation.
