Withdrawal proof requirement after e DRC admission: submit proof or state no pending proceedings or risk rejection. Upon admission by the e Dispute Resolution Committee the appellant must, within the prescribed period, furnish proof of withdrawal of any appeal under section 246A or of any application before the Dispute Resolution Panel, or state that no such proceedings are pending, to the Dispute Resolution Committee; failure to do so may result in rejection of the application.
