of <h1>Appellant Must Submit Proof of Withdrawal for Section 246A Appeals Within 30 Days or Face Rejection by e-DRC.</h1> The appellant must, within thirty days of receiving communication from the e-Dispute Resolution Committee (e-DRC) confirming the acceptance of their application, provide proof of withdrawal of any appeal filed under section 246A of the Income Tax Act or any application before the Dispute Resolution Panel. Alternatively, the appellant should confirm that no such proceedings are pending. Failure to comply may result in the Dispute Resolution Committee rejecting the application.
