Immunity from prosecution after confirmed payment, with potential waiver or reduction of penalty following written order. After payment of the demand the applicant must furnish proof of payment to the e-DRC and to the Jurisdictional Assessing Officer; on confirmation the e-DRC will, by written order, grant immunity from prosecution and waive or reduce penalty where applicable.
