of <h1>Vivad se Vishwas Scheme: Demand Reduction Adjustments Post-Appellate Order; AO to Issue Demand Order Per Act Provisions.</h1> When the demand for an assessee is reduced due to an appellate forum's order, the amount payable under the Vivad se Vishwas scheme will be adjusted accordingly. Upon receiving proof of payment under the scheme, the Assessing Officer (AO) will issue an order under the relevant provisions of the Vivad se Vishwas Act to create a demand against which the payable amount will be adjusted.
