Unlisted equity share reporting: holdings on a foreign recognized stock exchange need not be declared under that column.

Holdings of equity shares listed on a recognized stock exchange outside India are not to be reported under the ITR column asking whether you have held unlisted equity shares during the previous year; foreign-listed shareholdings do not qualify as 'unlisted equity' for that reporting field.
