Cash-receipt restriction exception: government, banking institutions and notified persons are exempt for receipts from banks. The cash-receipt restriction does not apply to receipts by the Government, any banking company, post office savings bank, or co-operative bank, nor to any other persons or classes of persons notified by the competent authority; receipts by any person from a banking company, post office savings bank, or co operative bank are also excluded.
