Time limit to apply before e-DRC: Board may prescribe period for pending appeals; otherwise limited period from receipt of order. Applications to the e-DRC must be filed to the DRC within such time from the date of constitution of the DRC as may be specified by the Board for cases where an appeal is pending before Commissioner (Appeals), or within one month from the date of receipt of the specified order in any other case.
