of <h1>ICDS-II Excludes Certain Assets for Inventory Valuation, Including Construction Contracts, Financial Instruments, and Irregular Machinery Spares.</h1> ICDS-II is not applicable to certain assets for inventory valuation. Exceptions include work-in-progress under construction contracts covered by ICDS-III, other work-in-progress addressed by different ICDS, financial instruments like shares and debentures treated under ICDS-VIII, producers' inventories of livestock, agricultural and forest products, mineral oils, ores, and gases measurable at net realizable value, and machinery spares used irregularly with tangible fixed assets, which are governed by ICDS-V.
