of <h1>Vivad se Vishwas Act covers all tax appeals pending by Jan 31, 2020, including section 264 revisions and dispute cases.</h1> Appeals covered under the Vivad se Vishwas Act include those pending before the Commissioner (Appeals), Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, High Court, or Supreme Court as of January 31, 2020. It also includes writ petitions and special leave petitions pending in higher courts. Cases where appeal filing deadlines have not expired, objections before the Dispute Resolution Panel, or pending final orders from Assessing Officers are included. Additionally, cases with pending revision applications under section 264 or where arbitration, conciliation, or mediation proceedings have been initiated by the declarant are covered.
