Benami informant procedure: prescribed form must be issued and completed by informant for tax authority review. If the tax officer considers information about alleged benami property actionable, the officer will provide the informant with the prescribed form (Annexure A), which the informant must complete, sign and submit to the officer for further administrative consideration.
