Determination of same or similar nature of work: a notified authority decides disputes under the wage code framework. Disputes over whether work is of the same or similar nature of work for purposes of section 3 shall be decided by an authority notified by the appropriate Government, vesting competence to determine classification disputes in that designated authority and making the mechanism subject to governmental notification.
