<h1>Dismissal for fraud, violence, theft, sabotage or sexual harassment conviction bars employees' bonus entitlement under Code on Wages 2019</h1> An employee is disqualified from receiving bonus under the Code on Wages, 2019 if the employee is dismissed from service for fraud, riotous or violent behaviour on the establishment's premises, theft, misappropriation or sabotage of the establishment's property, or conviction for sexual harassment. The operative effect is that dismissal on any of these specified grounds bars the employee's entitlement to bonus notwithstanding any other provision of the Code.
