<h1>Employers can only fine for government-approved acts; fines capped at 3% of wages. Employees under 15 exempt.</h1> No fines can be imposed on employees except for specified acts or omissions approved by the government or prescribed authority. A notice detailing these acts must be displayed at the workplace. Employees must be given a chance to contest fines, which cannot exceed three percent of their wages per wage period. Fines cannot be imposed on employees under fifteen years old and must be recovered within ninety days. All fines and their collections must be recorded in a register and used for employee benefits as approved by the authority.
