of <h1>Applying Chapter provisions to Government establishments u/s 25, only notified offices covered; others remain exempt</h1> Section 25 of the Code on Wages, 2019 excludes Government establishments from the application of the Chapter unless the appropriate Government issues a notification extending the Chapter's provisions to specified Government establishments. Upon such notification, only the Government establishments identified in the notification become subject to the Chapter, while all other Government establishments remain outside its scope.
