of <h1>Employer's government contract security deposits and contract payments shielded from creditor attachment, except for employee wage-related claims</h1> Amounts deposited by an employer with the appropriate Government as security for due performance of a contract with that Government, and any other amounts payable by that Government to the employer in respect of that contract, are immunised from attachment under any court decree or order for enforcement of the employer's debts or liabilities. This protection does not apply where the debt or liability is owed by the employer to an employee employed in connection with that contract, in which case attachment may proceed to satisfy such employee-related claims.
