Presumption as to dowry death shifts burden to accused when woman faced harassment over dowry shortly before death. When a woman was subjected shortly before her death to cruelty or harassment by a person for, or in connection with, any demand for dowry, the Court shall presume that that person caused the dowry death; the term 'dowry death' is defined by reference to the penal provision.
