Admission: statements in any medium suggesting inferences about facts in issue or relevant facts are covered as evidence. An admission is any statement, oral, documentary or in electronic form, which suggests an inference as to any fact in issue or relevant fact, made by any of the persons and under the circumstances specified in the Act.
