Electronic record evidence: contents may be proved under the Act's prescribed procedural provision for proof. Section 62 provides that the contents of electronic records are to be proved in accordance with the procedural provisions specified in section 63 of the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023, thereby directing proof of electronic records to the Act's prescribed mechanism for documentary evidence.
